Open the inbox of your mobile phone and type your national ID card number.
Send this number to 8500.
Make sure to write the correct number.

The team will contact you to verify your details and information.
If you are eligible, you will receive a message that will contain the form number of your Sehat Sahulat card and the name of the distribution center from where you can collect your Sehat Sahulat Card.

What Are The Medical Services Provided On A Sehat Sahulat Card?

Eligible cardholders can get comprehensive medical services.
8 major diseases are treated on Sehat Sahulat Card. These include diabetes, kidney diseases, tuberculosis, hepatitis, organ failure, neurosurgical illnesses, oncology, and cardiovascular problems. Patients suffering from any of these diseases are thoroughly treated on Sehat cards. They are given proper medical services, medicines, and care, even hospitalization if needed.

Medical Packages Offered By The Sehat Sahulat Program

Two packages are available for the cardholders of the Sehat Sahulat Program. These two packages are the secondary care package and the priority treatment package.

Secondary Care Package

The secondary care package of the Sehat sahulat Program includes the initial coverage of 60,000 PKR per year/family.
It includes emergency treatments, maternity services, maternity consultancy, in-patient services, fractures, injuries, hospitalization charges, and maternity checkups before delivery and after delivery both.
It covers four times maternity checkups before delivery and a one-time follow-up check-up after delivery.
Moreover, the secondary care package also includes the charges for transportation.
It provides needy people with 1000 PKR rupees for local transportation thrice a year. Meaning 3000 for transportation expenses.

Priority Treatment

Then there is a priority treatment package.

This package provides the initial medical services of 3 lakhs per year to one family, and in case of need, it also provides 4,00,000 additional charges per family.
The services that are covered in this priority treatment package include the surgical and medical procedures among inpatient services, diabetes mellitus complete course, angioplasty and bypass treatment, emergency treatment in case of burns and accidents, limb-saving treatments, and prostheses implants.
The services covered under priority treatment also include dialysis treatment and end-stage kidney disease.
It also includes treatments for organ failures such as kidney failure, lung failure, heart failure, and liver failure.
The treatment for HIV, AIDS, hepatitis, and rheumatology illnesses is also given to the eligible candidates under this priority treatment package.

Rupees 60,000 PKR was issued for secondary care coverage as an initial annual limit per family.
The initial limit for hospitalization for major diseases per family per year is 400000 PKR.
The limit can be extended up to 1,000,000 under special situations and special needs.
The beneficiaries can visit any impaneled hospital all across Pakistan, regardless of their residential area.
There are no limitations on family size.
For hospitalized patients, inter-district and provincial portability is made possible.

Will A Newborn Child Be Eligible For The Treatment, If He Is Born Into A Registered Family?
